  • Manual review by the Open Care verification team
  • Periodic rechecks and random audits

Review & Content Moderation

Reviews, blogs, and public posts are monitored for accuracy and abuse.

  • Automated flags for harmful or misleading content
  • Human review for reported posts and reviews
  • No personal attacks, harassment, or misinformation
  • Repeat abuse leads to removal or suspension
